Stop being your agent's mail-man

Yowl is a shared inbox where your AI works as a member of the team — it reads what arrives, amends the documents, and drafts the replies. You review, and you send.

The job nobody names

A plan arrives by email. You download the attachment, paste it into your AI, wait, export the result, attach it, and write the covering reply. The AI did the work; you did the ferrying. Multiply by every invoice, spreadsheet and "can you fill this in?" and it is a real slice of the week. Humans have become mail-men for their agents.

Yowl deletes the ferry loop. The mail is already where your agent works, so the document goes from inbox to amended reply without passing through your hands.

Bring your own AI

Yowl does not sell you another assistant. Paste one URL into Claude — claude.ai, Desktop, or Claude Code — sign in, and it joins your inbox. Every other inbox bolts their AI onto your mail; Yowl makes your mail legible to the AI you already use, already pay for, and already trust with your work.

A colleague, not an integration

Your agent is a member of your organisation. It appears on the members page next to your team, shares the same addresses on your domain — it has none of its own — and reports what it does in the team chat. There is no bot@agents. subdomain to get blocklisted and no per-agent seat to pay for. Its mail is indistinguishable from staff mail, because it is staff mail.

Documents go round-trip

A contract arrives; ask your agent to amend clause 4, and the new version is on a reply, ready to send. An invoice arrives; it flags the line item that looks wrong. The spreadsheet someone wants "filled in" comes back filled in. Your agent reads what is inside an attachment, writes the amended version back into your organisation's files, and puts it on the draft — no downloading, no re-attaching, no ferrying. Where all those documents live:What is Yowl Files?

You keep the send

Nothing an agent can do sends mail. It drafts; drafts wait in the same inbox your team already watches; a person's click is the send. Every draft it writes is announced in the team chat, and since Yowl never deletes a message, the record of what your agent did is permanent. Oversight is not a setting you enable — it is how the system is built.

Underneath: a proper shared inbox

All of this sits on a shared inbox on your own domain. Every address exists the moment mail arrives — catch-all, all free. Want billing@? Send from it. Want a fresh address for a signup you do not trust, or one per test persona? Use one; it exists because you used it. Each address gets its own thread of the conversation, so addresses become a filing system rather than an admin chore.

A classifier files each message under a chip or flags it Needs a look, the whole team works one live inbox, and no part of Yowl ever deletes a message — erasing personal data anonymises it in place, so "it never arrived" is always a question with an answer. When you are ready to bring a domain across: Moving your mail to Yowl walks the cutover a step at a time.
