Adding a colleague — or an AI agent — to your inbox costs us nothing, so charging you for it would be a toll rather than a price. What costs us money is a domain to host and the AI's reading of each mail. So those are the two things with a price. Not seats, not mailboxes, not addresses.
One mail filed by the AI — read, sorted under its chip, the sender's details noted, its attachments typed — is one token. A document read in full is one token a page. Replies you send, duplicates and DMARC reports cost nothing.
Nothing is bounced and nothing is lost. Mail keeps arriving at every address, is stored and stays readable — it just lands under Needs a look unsorted, without a category or summary, until you top up or your next monthly hundred arrives.
Each organisation links exactly one domain. Need a second domain? That is a second organisation, R20 a month for that one too. Organisations without a domain are free.
Reading the reports that come back and telling you who has been sending as you will be its own product — it needs no move of your mail, so it is not tied to a plan here. The ladder that gets your record in place comes with every domain.
